Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech

Healthcare Training Institute is looking to hire Ultrasound Lab Instructor with minimum of three (3) years of work experience to work with students in lab and some clinical responsibilities. Students are adult learners in a career training institute. Ultrasound Instructor must have active ARRT(S) or ARDMS registry in Abdominal and OBGYN. Instructor must have Associate Degree in any major and vascular scanning experience.

Responsibilities

-Some visitations to clinical sites.
– Develop and implement ultrasound lab curriculum for students.
– Teach and guide students in sonography techniques and procedures.
– Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge in teaching.
– Provide hands-on laboratory experience to enhance learning.
– Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of coursework.
– Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and research

Financial Aid Advisor

The selected applicant will be a flexible, hands-on professional who is well-versed in all aspects of the Financial Aid function. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, needs analysis, counseling, documentation, problem resolution, packaging, regulatory compliance, reporting requirements, resolution of discrepancies, and reconciliation of funds for a diverse clientele and s/he should be comfortable mentoring and training subordinates. Additionally, the Director will oversee the various federal, state and local government financial aid programs, scholarships, grants and veterans’ benefits. Strong technical knowledge of related software applications, excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills as well as Department of Education processing and reporting requirements are, likewise, required. Critical to the positional requirements is the ability to devote evening and weekend hours as dictated by the varying responsibilities of the position.

Admission Advisor

HTI is currently seeking a highly goal-oriented admission advisor with two years experience in career school environment to join our admission department. The Healthcare Training Institute was established in 1998. We offer allied health programs (Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Diagnostic Medical Sonography (CAAHEP Accredited Program).

The job duties of the Admissions Representative will include, but not be limited to:

  • Enroll qualified applicants.
  • Outgoing/Incoming calls
  • Conduct admissions interviews.
  • Conduct scheduled follow-up procedures with enrolled and non-enrolled prospects.
  • Generate the required quota of personally developed referrals.
  • Adhere strictly to accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Admissions policy and procedure manual.
  • Maintain clean and professional work area and dress professionally.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Associate degree required or the equivalent of college-level course work.
  • 3 years minimum combined work experience in business, customer service, education, or sales
